1. Agreement to Terms

If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease usage of our platform and services.

2. Scope of Services

Initial online inquiries, service quotes, and preliminary consultations do not constitute a binding service contract. A formal service agreement is only established upon the mutual execution of a project-specific "Master Service Agreement" (MSA). Wise Home Collections reserves the right to decline service requests that exceed operational capacity, fall outside our service areas, or involve appliances or systems beyond our technical expertise.

3. Financial Terms

All cost estimates provided prior to the MSA are provisional and subject to market variability, including appliance parts, replacement components, and specialized tools. Payment terms, including deposits, milestone payments, and non-refundable service fees, will be explicitly detailed in the executed MSA. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted under applicable law.

4. Scheduling and Force Majeure

While Wise Home Collections strives to adhere to service schedules, unforeseen events may cause delays. The company shall not be liable for delays arising from "Force Majeure" events, which include but are not limited to: supply chain disruptions, severe weather, utility outages, labor shortages, or regulatory and municipal changes affecting service delivery.

5. Warranties and Liability Limitations

Wise Home Collections provides warranties for labor and parts as explicitly detailed in the MSA or service documentation. The company is not liable for damages resulting from client misuse, third-party interference, pre-existing appliance defects, or failure to perform routine maintenance. Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to Wise Home Collections for the specific service under the MSA.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under these terms or in connection with our services shall first be addressed through good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, binding arbitration shall occur in the principal jurisdiction of Wise Home Collections's headquarters, under recognized commercial arbitration rules. This process shall serve as the exclusive remedy, except as otherwise required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All proprietary materials, including diagnostic reports, service manuals, schematics, and technical documentation produced by Wise Home Collections remain the company's intellectual property. The company may use generalized, non-identifiable project documentation for marketing or internal training purposes, unless explicitly prohibited through a signed confidentiality agreement or NDA.

8. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding appliance make, model, condition, and service history. Clients are responsible for securing personal property and providing safe access for technicians. Wise Home Collections is not liable for delays or damages caused by client failure to meet these obligations.

9. Termination of Services

Wise Home Collections reserves the right to terminate service agreements if clients violate these terms, fail to provide timely payments, or engage in conduct that jeopardizes the safety of personnel or property. Termination does not absolve the client of outstanding financial obligations accrued prior to termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the state or region of House Appliance Care's primary headquarters. All legal interpretations, enforcement actions, or dispute resolution proceedings will conform to these laws.
